Zachary D. Poole

It's fitting that Zachary D. Poole cut his teeth in the Fraud and Corruption Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri. He has made his entire career throwing rocks at modern day Goliaths. 

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Zack has always known the value of hard work and the power of human relationships. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance and economics from the University of Missouri and graduated Cum Laude from the UMKC School of Law. Following law school, he joined the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office, where he was able to hone his trial skills and prosecute dangerous criminals while representing the rights of Missouri victims. 

Whether cleaning up the streets as an Assistant Jackson County Prosecutor or mounting a criminal conspiracy defense in federal court, Zack has garnered an impressive track record on both sides of the courtroom deploying a wealth of knowledge and experience. 

Zack founded ZDP LAW, LLC with the goal of improving the personal injury client experience to provide exceptional services to deserving clients. A skilled and experienced litigator, Zack is a zealous advocate who provides his clients with thoughtful legal advice and exceptional representation.
